Data Specifications for Single Data Return
These data specifications provide detailed guidance about new and changed data requirements for 2025. They are to be used for March 2025 Indicative (IND) and April 2025 SDR.

Additional Data for the August 2025 SDR
Final-year Fees Free and other data specified in the documents here are required for the first time in the August 2025 SDR. They will be integrated into a new version (v1.1) of the data specifications in early May 2025 just after the April SDR submission.
Data changes for August 2025 SDR v0.1 (DOCX 936 KB)
Important note: using any of the new fields in an SDR submission before August 2025 means it will fail validation.
