Work Connect, a personalised programme to support new migrants adapt to and successfully gain jobs in the New Zealand job market, will be ending on 30 June 2022.

Work Connect is managed by TEC but funding comes from the Immigration Levy via the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE). The Immigration Levy funding will end on 30 June and TEC will no longer be able to provide the service after that.

Pacific Work Connect, a similar programme specifically for Pacific migrants, has secured separate funding and will continue to be delivered for the next two years.

The Work Connect team would like to thank all the clients, employers, recruiters, community organisations, other Government agencies for the support over five years.
