    OIC

    A type of Legislative Instrument that is made by the Executive Council presided over by the Governor-General.

    On- and off-Plan funding approval letter

    A letter to advise the TEO that funding has been approved under Sections 428 and 425 of the Education and Training Act 2020 in accordance with a funding mechanism.  It sets out the terms and conditions on which funding is provided.

    On-Plan condition

    A condition imposed by Section 426 of the Education and Training Act 2020 or a condition the TEC imposed on funding under Section 426.

    On-Plan funding

    Funding that is approved via a Plan. This funding is approved under section 159YA of the Education and Training Act 2020.

    On-Plan funding approval letter

    A letter to advise the TEO that funding has been approved under Section 425 of the Education and Training Act 2020 in accordance with a funding mechanism. It sets out the terms and conditions on which funding is provided.
