My Allocations and Payments
My Allocations and Payments is a new self-service information product that we will launch on Ngā Kete in October 2019. My Allocations and Payments provides direct access to TEO allocations, payment schedules and the status of reports linked to payments. Data is updated each weeknight, so it’s always current.

Representative TEOs from across different sub-sectors have been reviewing the information product prototype. We have heard that My Allocations and Payments will help TEOs on a practical basis. Here are some things you can use it for:
- To see all of your allocations in one place, across multiple funds and years, including on-Plan, off-Plan and Fees-Free
- To see the status of reports you need to submit in order to get paid
- To help plan cash-flow
- To see payment schedules, from either a GST inclusive or GST exclusive perspective
We also received some great ideas about how to make it more useful which we are taking into consideration as we make final updates ready for release in October. The last review and feedback session is scheduled for 31 August.
Please note that as of 31 March 2020 payment schedules will no longer be published on Workspace2 and you will need to use My Allocations and Payments to see them.
