We have published the process for applying for a Significant Plan Amendment (SPA) or Replacement Plan (RP), alongside additional criteria relating to work-based learning.

You will find guidance on how and when to apply for an SPA or RP, templates to use when submitting your application, and FAQs. We have also published an amendment to the gazetted criteria for SPAs and RPs in response to changes in work-based learning, and refined the criteria further to provide clarity.

Amendment Gazette notice for Significant Plan Amendment and Replacement Plan criteria

Please read the amendment to the gazetted criteria in conjunction with the original Gazette notice outlining the full criteria. This will ensure you familiarise yourself with what you need to consider when making changes to your Investment Plan.

We have also developed a consolidated version of the original Gazette notice and amendment where you can review all the requirements and criteria in one place.
