New Ministerial Direction on compulsory student services fees

Following recent consultation, the Minister of Education has issued a new Ministerial Direction on Compulsory Student Services Fees (PDF 173 KB) (CSSFs).

Providers that charge a CSSF must understand and comply with all aspects of the framework, and we have published a CSSF guide (PDF 2.1 MB) to help.
