My Allocations and Payments goes live

My Allocations and Payments was successfully launched on 14 October, and is now available to use on Ngā Kete.

My Allocations and Payments shows TEO on-Plan, off-Plan and Fees-Free allocation data. It also shows payment schedules, the status of milestone based payments, requests for additional funding and forecast data.

It will help TEOs on a practical basis, to help plan cash-flow and have better informed conversations with TEC. Here are some things you can use it for:

  • To see all of your allocations in one place, across multiple funds and years, including on-Plan, off-Plan and Fees-Free
  • To see the status of reports you need to submit in order to get paid
  • To see payment schedules, from either a GST inclusive or GST exclusive perspective
  • To see the status of requests for additional funding you have submitted.

You need access to Ngā Kete to use My Allocations and Payments

If you don’t already have access to Ngā Kete, contact the Ministry of Education (MoE) to apply for an Education Sector Login (ESL). You need to tick Ngā Kete on the form when you apply.

Please note that there are limited Ngā Kete licences for users per TEO. You can contact MoE to find out how many licences your TEO has available, and amend users of the licences if you wish.

Learning to use My Allocations and Payments

TEC are running some webinars to explain the data in My Allocations and Payments, and how to navigate it. Invitations will be sent out this week. Places are limited so please register early to secure your place. If you have not received an invitation and would like to attend the webinar, email sectorhelpdesk@tec.govt.nz and we will send you an invitation.

You can also click the help button in any of the My Allocations and Payments sheets to access Ngā Kete Support help sections and the My Allocations and Payments user guide.
